The unique feature of the training is the end result. Training focus on the knowledge development and thereby career development, much more than just as academic qualification. The training need analysis is very important. After analyzing the existing skill and knowledge level, identify the area where further training is required. Once the student undergo the core knowledge training, soft skills and personality development sessions are given in parallel at the Institute.
